Commissioned-Processing Agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR<\/h4>\n\n\n\n



You can download our commissioned-processing agreement (As of the 15.06.18) under this link: Commissioned-processing contract.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement is already signed and is therefore valid in this form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please take the following steps to complete the agreement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Print out the contract and fill in the missing information on pages 2 and 4<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Sign page 8 under \u201cContract Partner\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Please send us a scan of the contract by email to: datenschutz@belboon.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Download the current technical and organizational measures TOMs<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The agreement is then completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can download the current technical and organizational measures documentation (As of the 15.06.18) (    TOMs<\/a>) in accordance with article 32, section 1 of the GDPR for controllers (Article 30, section 1 lit g) and processors (Article 30, section 2, lit. d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
